Some of the best western style training i’ve ever experienced. The gym is small but the quality is great. There is a real community that feels very welcoming and trainers that are genuinely invested in your progress as long as you show your willing to work. The technique and ability taught here is like nowhere else, they pick up on every detail to make you a better fighter. Thank you to Non and his team!

Great Muay Thai gym with an awesome atmosphere and more local feeling to it. Everyone in the gym is respectful and motivated, beginner or experienced, tourist or local. The trainers are skilled and take the time to help you improve your technique, while making sure to test your conditioning within your limits. Definitely a great place to train and keep improving. I will be back!

Expected a proper western boxing session. Warm-up was about one minute of shadowboxing, then 6–7 rounds on the pads. Same combinations every round, no technical feedback or corrections. I’m not a pro, but I have decent experience and came here hoping to improve my technique. That didn’t happen. I understand that in Thailand people come and go quickly and you can’t coach everyone the same way, but when someone pays for a session, some personal attention and feedback should be there. They charge 700 baht for one “lesson”, which is expensive for Thailand. My session was maybe around 30 minutes at most, mostly basic pad work with no feedback, so the price didn’t feel justified. Everyone was friendly, nothing personal but for me, not a place I’d come back to sharpen my boxing skills.

Highly recommended. The coach was a former olympic boxer. He holds pads in a very unique way that would definitely improve your skills. I learnt so much from the experience and hope to do more sessions. Definitely the best western boxing gym in Chiang Mai.
