I'm a bit disappointed with this gym because I think I saw this in on a YouTube video as a recommended gym in Chiang Mai. The price was all right for a day pass, but the thing is the equipments are old and not maintained, and it feels sort of dusty. The place is really big though, so it has a lot of equipments. But at the same time it's very packed with a lot of people. It has a women-only area, but the thing is all the males are using this area too which I think because the gym is too packed or doesn't have many space for a proper lift, so it's a bit annoying. And people don't put the equipments back to where it's supposed to be, so that is annoying as well. I wouldn't recommend it. There are other gyms which are nicer than this in Chiang Mai.

The gym has everything you could need both in terms of strength and cardio. Some of the equipment needs maintanence but most of it is very good. It is also just 70 baht for a daypass which is really cheap. The gym has a kitchen that sells protein related items and even food. I usually have a chicken breast with some veggies or a proteinshake after a workout here. Also very cheap. You should definately come to this gym of you are staying in Chiang Mai.

If you’re a gym rat or just looking for a great place to work out, this gym is the place to go! The staff is super friendly, the equipment is excellent, and there’s a great variety of machines. They also have a restaurant/bar inside the gym offering high-protein meals and shakes, which I highly recommend if you need a quick bite. I’ll definitely be coming back here when I visit Chiang Mai again!

I love this gym, proper bodybuilding old school style. Has all the machines you need, dumbbells way past 50kg (although all labelled in lbs) and even a Muay Thai area / fitness studio. Never used the last 2 facilities but the gym is one of my favourites - rough around the edges but in a great way. Will miss this place! P.S. music choice is elite (Limp Bizkit, Blink-182 style)

Visited Go Gym a few days ago in search of a good gym in the area because of where my hostel is and I'll be in Chiang Mai for a few weeks. This gym is not the one, I'm afraid. Some guys at the hostel were saying it is the best gym in Chiang Mai...it just proves not everyone has the same standards. This gym is huge with lots of machines. BUT they are all very old machines, many need repair. Old school machines are great, but these are just old. The rubber flooring is uneven and old and smelly. The washrooms smelly. It was hot even though it is winter in Chiang Mai. Basically an open air gym. Positives is that they have a food area with reasonably priced food. And it's cheap. But to me, price is not everything, even though I am on a budget. I try to train 6 times a week when i am not travelling, and I have trained EVERYWHERE. But I like to feel comfortable.. I cut my workout here short because I just was so disappointed and felt like everything I touched and every bench that I sat on needed to be cleaned. I just need something better than this. Moving on.
