1% Pilates Chiangmai

I really enjoyed my classes at 1% Pilates. The studio is clean, aesthetic, and has a peaceful vibe that makes it easy to focus. Instructors are friendly and attentive, and the equipment feels brand new. One of the instructors, Nueng, is my favorite. She is kind, patient, and makes every class feel amazing. It is great for beginners and returning students. This is one of my favorite spots in Chiang Mai to reset and feel strong.

Really nice space and very easy to approach by car or bike. The studio was very clean and bright! I had a class with Alyssa who is a certified basi pilates instructor and the class was amazing! The studio works with small groups of 5 people and the take care of everyone from beginners to pros! Exactly what your body needs after a long flight! You can also drop in the class! This Reformer Pilates studio is absolutely fantastic. The instructor — I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name — was truly amazing. She knew every member by name and addressed us personally, which immediately created such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The workout itself was excellent. I rarely experience muscle soreness like that, which really speaks to the quality and effectiveness of the training. Everything was very clean and well organized, and even though it was only my second Pilates class, I felt comfortable right away. As a beginner, I never felt out of place — on the contrary, it felt completely okay to be new, which I really appreciated. The overall atmosphere combined warmth with a high level of professionalism. If I’m ever back in Chiang Mai, I will definitely return. And the price for the class is absolutely great as well. Highly recommended!

Pilates studio is very aesthetic and bright, the machines are amazing and the lesson was easy to follow and I felt supported but challenged at the same time!

I have discovered this pilates studio unfortunately close to the end of my Chiang Mai trip. It's not only a beautiful and aesthetic studio but also the instructors are so lovely, helpful and nice. Felt super comfortable and would definitely also recommend to pilates newbies! Thank you so much ❤️
