Amazing place for workout Trainers are amazing and patient Stretches are good Would love to come back again. Was on a one week trial but unfortunately got really sick from covid so cant workout for a month and had to go home I would to come back someday, really miss the team! Thank you guys!

Amazing gym with inspiring trainers. One of the best ways to workout. Fast, efficient, and with a great driven community of awesome people. Perfect for entrepreneurs and busy people who want to maximize their strength, etc. and learn about form and balance with all-round fitness and agility! I will keep going to this great gym, which is ran very effectively by the team. The community of longterm expats and locals here is fantastic. ⭐️ 💪

I'm a member in Shanghai so I was really happy to see this gym in Chiang Mai also. We did a drop in class for 400baht. I found this very reasonable. The owner and the trainers were super friendly and gave us a great workout. Highly recommended!

F45 is an incredible gym - clean facilities, helpful staff, fun environment and a great workout! I did their 8-week challenge and was amazed not only by the workouts & the way the coaches helped me find modifications that my body was capable of, but my results! Will forever suggest this gym to friends - it truly is incredible!

Great fitness trainers and workouts but situation with refund is weird. When I bought 12 classes there were no any information that the club will be closed down soon. The trainers said no worries we will refund you the remains of you classes. I visited 3 lessons only and the club has closed. Almost 1 month has passed and there is no any information about refunds. So why did they promise refunds if they knew that nothing will be done?
