Fab gym for 60baht. Loads of machines, a cardio room with GREAT air-con, and a nice big changing room with clean loos. (Only thing you need to remember, is to bring lots of water as you can’t fill your bottle up anywhere - you can buy small ones there)

Price is quite alright, only 60 baht per person, it's even cheaper if you have a student card. The gym is spacious. The downside is these equipments are a bit outdated and rusty. Also be prepared, there's no aircon, and Thailand is hot as hell.

The most affordable gym I've ever visited (and I've visited 50 gyms around the world and 30 in SE Asia). Very high quality of equipment, just one notch below expensive gyms like Fitness First and Virgin Active. HUG gym could also be called HUGE gym, because the roof/ceiling is about 8 meters up, and the floor must be over 2000 sqm. They got Muay Thai, table tennis, and personal training as well. But no group classes. Air feels clean and cool enough. Good atmosphere, not too crowded during daytime. Almost only Thai, very few expats or tourists. 60 Baht for a day pass is extremely affordable for this level of quality. If this would have been located near the beach in Pattong or Pattaya the price would have been 300-600 a day, if not more.

Very nice gym! Usually not too crowded. Chill vibe. Everything you need for a basic workout. Currently 60 THB for a day pass... very fair. Definitely recommended!

This place is fantastic! It’s incredibly clean, well-equipped, and spacious. The staff is always super friendly. I like that it has the option for an indoor cardio room with A/C.
