Blessed Pilates by Joy

I’ve been doing Pilates for a couple of years and have taken around 15 classes at this studio. It’s well equipped and the instructors really know their stuff. They pay attention to detail and guide one every step of the way. The option of having a half-hour massage after the class is really appreciated. Recommend wholeheartedly.

The location seemed strange being in a driving range but it’s a whole complex so don’t be put off! Joy was amazing and it was a hard a great 1:1 session. Her English was perfect too. My abs and butt were on fire!

This is how I’m helping my Golf. They have a sign that says you’re only as healthy as your spine is flexible I’m taking that to heart feel taller already standing up straighter more flexible hitting the ball better. It’s great to have Pilates at the golf course. The staff is really nice upbeat, which is great cause it’s not easy all these new crazy positions but it works so highly recommend.

Blessed Pilates by Joy was a game changer for me! I spent two weeks in Chiang Mai and had my first experience with Pilates reformer with Joy. Eight days of Pilates and deep stretching (by her assistant "Dear") helped start a transformation with my body which I have continued since I left. Joy and her team are professional and wonderful people. She will push you but only to the extent your body needs to be pushed. She has a well equipped studio with all the latest equipment, that is kept very clean. I left Joy knowing Pilates and Stretching would be a regular part of my life going forward. I plan on coming back to Joy's as often as possible. I highly recommend Blessed Pilates by Joy! You won't regret it.
